Master Fiction Class at GrubStreet.

I’m excited to be teaching another Master Fiction workshop at GrubStreet this summer.

The deadline for applications is May 26th!

GrubStreet Blog Post

I put together a little write up about the relationship between creative writing and cinema, and how writers might benefit from watching classic and foreign films.

Big thanks to the folks at GrubStreet for including it in their blog, Grub Daily!

The Muse & the Marketplace Sessions

I’m happy to share that I’ll be presenting two sessions (they can be found under my name) at this year’s The Muse & the Marketplace conference in Boston! The sessions are filling up quickly, so please share with those who might be interested.

Registration is now open for the conference, which will bring together an amazing group of writers, agents, and editors.

I’m looking forward to being a part of it with the wonderful folks at GrubStreet and meeting new people who love writing, literature, and the publishing world as much as I do.

Back Porch Collective Reading at The Middle Gray Cafe!

Come out and support the arts at The Middle Gray Cafe during the Back Porch Collective’s Reading on Sat., Feb 6th!

A great bunch of readers: Jonathan Escoffery, Stacy Mattingly, Ani Gjika, Shubha Sunder, Sarah Colwill-Brown, and special guest George Clements of The Lonely Heartstring Band.
